Please be advised that a signal contractor working for the City will continue to do traffic signal improvements including cabinet replacement along the Huntington Dr corridor from Michillinda Ave to Holly Ave as follows:
 
The work this week requires the temporary shutdown of the traffic signals to replace the traffic signal cabinets at the following intersections:
 
*            Huntington Dr @ Gate 1 -The Mall entrance (Thursday night, 4/10/2025)
*            Huntington Dr @ La Cadena Ave (Friday night, 4/11/2025)
 
These two signal shutdowns will take place from 8:00PM to 5:00AM.  The signal will be dark (without power) for a period of time, with stop barricades put in place and then in flash until normal operation is restored. The signal contractor crews will have LED lights set up in the work zone with traffic control as needed.  The traffic signals will resume normal operation before 5:00AM each morning.
 
Additional day and night work is scheduled in the coming weeks, and we will continue to send notifications before each signal shutdown during the night.  You may notice work going on during the day, however, the contractor has been instructed to keep the signal in normal operation.
