The Dept. of Public Works is out sweeping our streets on on a daily basis.

The schedule is as follows (please check the first page of the Borough Calendar to find which Zone/Ward you are in):

Zone/Ward 1 - first week of the month
Zone/Ward 2 - second week of the month
Zone/Ward 3 - third week of the month
Zone/Ward 4 - fourth week of the month

If you have a "No Parking" sign, this is for you to move your car off the streets during this time so the street sweeper can clean the road.

In accordance with the provisions of § 505-21C, no person shall park a vehicle on the days and times listed in this schedule, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts thereof set forth in this schedule, for purposes of allowing scheduled street sweeping.  (see website, www.hawthornenj.org  full ordinance for your schedule/per zone).
