Flood Warning until 12:15PM Friday 
...The National Weather Service in Paducah KY has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri... St. Francis River at Fisk .Water releases from Lake Wappapello will cause the St. Francis River at Fisk to rise into minor flood stage this weekend. The river is forecast to reach minor flood stage Saturday morning and crest near 21.0 feet by Monday morning and then hold near that level until further notice. For the St. Francis River...including Fisk...Minor flooding is forecast.
