1. Weapon Arrest (1821) Monroe Street and Harding Way, Civic District
Officers conducted an enforcement stop in the listed area, the car was searched, and a loaded firearm was located. ARRESTED: Jonny Jones, 41, and Aja Wheeler, 34, for weapon charges.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1952) Brookside Road and Shadow Brook Drive, Lakeview District
The female victim, 66, was driving in the listed area with the known suspect when they began to argue. The suspect grabbed the steering wheel and deliberately crashed the vehicle. The suspect fled but was located and arrested by officers. The victim was uninjured. ARRESTED: A 16-year-old male for assault with a deadly weapon and elder abuse.
3. Homicide (2216) Lafayette Street and San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to a report of a person shot at the call location. Officers located two male victims, both 17, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to an area hospital, where one succumbed to his injuries, and the other was treated for life-threatening injuries. Detectives were notified and assumed the investigation.
