* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Dyer, Gibson, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 154 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martin, Union City, South Fulton, Dyer, Kenton, Rutherford, Obion, Trimble, Rives, Mason Hall, Moffatt, Mount Pelia, Tilghman, Tyson Store, Shaffner, Gibbs, Terrell, Gardner, Poplar Ridge and Locust Grove. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
