Residents have mentioned street lights being out around town as a concern. I wanted to share our process to address this problem.
First, go to the First Energy website to report the problem.

Your input will result in a case number.
Then please email me at robrien@spotswoodboro.com so I can follow up. I need your case number, the address or cross streets where the pole is located and the pole number, if available.
An example of what a pole number might look like is attached.
