* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Dyer, Gibson, Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martin, Union City, South Fulton, Dyer, Kenton, Rutherford, Obion, Trimble, Rives, Mason Hall, Moffatt, Mount Pelia, Tilghman, Tyson Store, Shaffner, Gibbs, Terrell, Gardner, Poplar Ridge and Locust Grove. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
