Official Statement:

Following consultations with Hazmat and other agencies, as well as an analysis of emergency calls, it appears that a transportation vessel may have passed through the area with a leaking valve. We want to reassure the community that there is no need to shelter in place at this time. We are in communication with the pipeline companies, and there is currently no identified danger.
