Many of you in our community may have had the opportunity to speak with one of us in the course of your life; we are always heard, yet rarely seen. We are dispatchers. 

This week is dedicated to thanking Telecommunications Officers (Dispatchers) for everything that they do every single day. Without dispatch, there wouldn't be someone on the other end of your call when you need help. But we are here. We are here for you when you need police or fire or EMS, and we will walk you through the steps that you need to take before help gets to you.

So please join me, Supervisory Communications Officer, in saying thank you to the wonderful and dedicated men and women who answer the call. They are here twenty four hours a day, seven days a week and they are dedicated to getting you the help you need no matter what.
