April 11, 2025:
- Officer Tenney was dispatched to the 800 block of Hibbard Avenue for a fraud report.
- Officer Brooker conducted a traffic stop near East North Street and North East Avenue. The 43-year-old female driver was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Tenney responded to a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Steward Avenue. The 24-year-old male suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival, and has not been located.
- Officer Morse made contact with a wanted subject at Van Buren Street and Steward Avenue. A 32-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to South Grinnell Street and West Morrell Street for a personal welfare check. Child neglect charges will be sought on a 30-year-old female.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Steward Avenue. The 37-year-old male suspect fled the area, and has not been located. Charges will be sought on the male for domestic strangulation.
- Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Rockwell Street for shots fired. A vehicle in the area was struck. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officer Morse and Officer Panther made contact with a subject in the 300 block of Steward Avenue. A 36-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Panther conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of West Ganson Street. The 36-year-old female driver was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
- Officer Justice conducted a traffic stop at East Morrell Street and South Mechanic Street. The 50-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Panther made contact with a subject near East Morrell Street and South Mechanic Street. A 52-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers responded to the 1600 block of Teneyck Street for a personal welfare check. A 34-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
- Officer Panther conducted a traffic stop at Lansing Avenue and West North Street. The 36-year-old female driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers responded to the 1200 block of South Jackson Street for a wanted subject. A 32-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Tenney was dispatched to the 1100 block of Burr Street for a harassment report.
- Officers were dispatched to Rockwell Street and Woodbridge Street for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.
- JPD and our Group Violence Intervention Coordinator hosted an Easter Egg Hunt at Loomis Park.
- Officer Panther attempted to make contact with a subject near South Blackstone Street and Van Buren Street, but the subject fled on foot. The 34-year-old male was arrested for possessing narcotic paraphernalia, and resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Vernier was dispatched to the 400 block of East Ganson Street for traffic crash. A 60-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
- Detective Brooks made contact with a subject at West Wilkins Street and Williams Street. When told he was being arrested on an outstanding warrant, the 37-year-old male subject fled on foot, and was not located.
- Officer Panther conducted a traffic stop near Rockwell Street and Woodsum Street. The 36-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated – 2nd offense.
- Officer Tenney responded to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Gorham Street. Officers were unable to locate the 32-year-old male suspect. Charges will be sought on the male for home invasion, domestic assault, and malicious destruction of property.
- Officer Tenney was dispatched to the 400 block of South Webster Street for a domestic dispute. A 48-year-old female was arrested for felonious assault.
- Officer Jones responded to the 100 block of West Mason Street for a subject who wanted to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant. A 37-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Brooker was dispatched to the 800 block of Kennedy Street for a disorderly subject. A 39-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Hogan responded to the 1400 block of Fourth Street for a property security check. A 51-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Madison Street for a disorderly subject. A 50-year-old male was arrested for resisting and obstructing.
- Officers responded to a home invasion in the 300 block of North Blackstone Street. A 48-year-old female was arrested for 1st degree home invasion; providing false information to police officers; multiple conditional bond violations; and several outstanding warrants.
- Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Washington Avenue for a domestic dispute. A 36-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
