Construction begins 04/15/25 at 7am on Hixon Dr., Lippincott Ave., and Spencer Ave. Plan alt. routes and remove vehicles from roadways. 
Paving (mill & overlay) will begin on Tuesday, April 15th in the Meadow Oaks Development (Hixon Dr., Lippincott Ave., Spencer Ave.). Please remove all vehicles from the street starting at 7AM. Vehicles should not be parked in the street between 7AM – 5PM for the duration of the project, which should take approx. four (4) days to complete, weather permitting. No work will be performed on Friday, April 18th. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation as we work to improve our roadways.
