Vehicle Stop Leads to the Discovery of a Convicted Felon in Possession of Narcotics and a Firearm

LOCATION: Soquel Canyon Parkway and Elinvar Drive, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Keith Wulff, a 54-year-old resident of Chino Hills
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at around 12:41 p.m., a Chino Hills deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Soquel Canyon Parkway and Elinvar Drive, in Chino Hills. The driver, Keith Wulff, was contacted. Wulff possessed a quantity of suspected methamphetamine intended for sale and distribution.
A search warrant was authored and served at Wulff's home in Chino Hills. Deputies found an illegally possessed firearm and ammunition in Wulff's belongings. Wulff was arrested for narcotic sales and possessing a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon. He was booked at West Valley Detention Center.
