* WHAT...East winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts up to 80 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portage.
* WHEN...From 9 AM to 10 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Easterly winds are expected to increase after midnight early Wednesday morning with peak timing expected later Wednesday afternoon and evening. Although wind gusts are expected up to 80 mph, an isolated wind gust up to 90 mph will be possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PORTAGE
