Please use caution at intersections along Hickstown Road (Peter Cheeseman Rd, Sicklerville Road) as a power outtage has caused the traffic signals to become non-functioning. Police Officers are assigned to the intersections to manually direct traffic therefore motorists are requested to use caution if they are unable to avoid the areas but plan for an alternate route to avoid congestion.
