A 45-year-old Green Bay woman arrested as a suspect in connection to a reported stabbing being investigated as a homicide on the City’s east side has been charged.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Tonia Piontek on Tuesday, April 15, 2025:
- First-Degree Intentional Homicide
- Use of A Dangerous Weapon
- Domestic Abuse Assessments
Piontek was taken into custody on scene for the Sunday, April 13, 2025, incident that occurred at a home on the 1300 block of Smith Street.
The identity of the victim, a 41-year-old Green Bay man, remains withheld.
