* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 2 feet expected, greatest on east and northeast aspects. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains and Crazy Mountains.
* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to noon MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Recreation in the high country will be impacted by heavy accumulating snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Avalanche danger may increase.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locations such as Cooke City will see much lower snowfall accumulations around 4 to 8 inches.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ABSAROKA/BEARTOOTH MOUNTAINS ... CRAZY MOUNTAINS
