* WHAT...Southeast winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts up to 80 mph expected.
* WHERE...Anchorage Hillside / Upper Eagle River.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong front is currently pushing through the area, resulting in another round of enhanced winds. Winds will slowly subside early this morning as the front moves through.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE HILLSIDE / EAGLE RIVER
