Good morning, The Mahwah water dept. will start our hydrant flushing program on Monday April 21, 2025. We will be starting at 2 points in town, first area will be the West Mahwah area near the Suffren/Franklin Turnpike border and  the second will be the Fardale section near the Wyckoff border. Flushing will be between the hrs of 8AM till 3PM Monday thru Friday. We will do our best to provide a daily list of streets that flushing will be taking place on. During flushing you may experience discolored water, run the cold side of your faucets for a short period of time to resolve this, avoid doing laundry if flushing is taking place in your area.
