Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person,Richard Munoz. Mr. Munoz was last seen on April 18, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. on the 3500 block of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in the city of Lynwood.
Mr. Munoz is described as an 61-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’06”, 130 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and pants.
His family is concerned for his well-being as he suffers from a mental disorder and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
