* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Nolan, Sterling and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 PM CDT,Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms from Sterling City to Robert Lee to Blackwell were moving northeast to north at 25 mph. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Roscoe, Robert Lee, Sterling City, Blackwell, Nolan, Silver, Sanco, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, Maryneal, Broome, Hylton. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 236 and 259. This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
