* WHERE...Spring River above Baxter Springs.
* WHEN...From early this morning to tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, The north end of Kiwanis Park floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:30 AM CDT Monday was 14.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9 feet this morning.
