* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Slow-bell procedures will be enacted for river transportation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday afternoon to a crest of 23.5 feet Thursday, May 01.
