1. Resisting Arrest (0848) 400 Block of North Sutter Street, Civic District

Officers responded to recover a stolen vehicle. While recovering the car, two suspects approached the car and the officers. When they tried to detain the suspects, one fled on foot but surrendered a short distance away. The second suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: A sixteen-year-old male for possessing a stolen car and an outstanding warrant. A seventeen-year-old male was arrested for resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant.


2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1230) Bianchi Road and West Lane, Valley Oak District

The male victim, 19, was walking in the area when he heard multiple gunshots and took off running. The victim later realized bullets struck his clothing, but he was not injured. Four suspects fled the area in a stolen vehicle. A San Joaquin Sheriff’s deputy observed and tried to stop the vehicle. The suspect car failed to stop and led them on a short pursuit until the suspect vehicle collided with a fire hydrant. Four suspects fled from the area. Officers set up a perimeter and arrested one suspect. Officers also recovered three firearms. ARRESTED: Ryan Glasgow, 19, for evading, possessing a stolen car, assault with a deadly weapon, and weapon charges. OUTSTANDING SUSPECTS: Three black males wearing dark clothing and facemasks.
