1. Resisting Arrest (1355) 1500 Block of South El Dorado Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to a business property in the listed area on a report that several subjects were refusing to leave. Upon officers’ arrival, they asked the suspect to leave, but he refused. As officers were detaining the suspect, he pulled away from the officers and grabbed at them. Force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Ozell Cooper, 22, for trespassing and resisting arrest.
