Activity for April 23, 2025: Officers responded to 69 calls for service, made 4 arrests, and 18 traffic stops.
Activity for April 23, 2025:
- Sergeant Thoresen attempted to speak with a subject near Detroit Street and Cooper Street, and the subject fled on a bicycle. The 54-year-old male was located and arrested for multiple conditional bond violations; resisting and obstructing; and multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Monroe Street for a domestic dispute. A 16-year-old male was lodged at JCYC for domestic assault and malicious destruction of property.
- Officer Frazier made contact with a subject near First Street and West High Street. Charges will be sought on a 56-year-old female for possessing narcotics.
- Officers responded to the Jackson Crossing Mall for a subject shoplifting. A 30-year-old male was arrested for multiple conditional bond violations. Retail fraud charges will be sought on the male subject.
- Officer Frazier was dispatched to the 300 block of East Euclid Avenue for a personal welfare check.
- Officer Bean visited with students at St. John’s Elementary School.
- Officer Goble conducted a personal welfare check in the 1500 block of Mitchell Street.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute at Fourth Street and West Biddle Street. A 32-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
