MVA, Quakerbridge/Village - avoid the area. 
West Windsor PD and Lawrence PD on scene at a MVA in the intersection of Quakerbridge Rd & Village Rd leaving the intersection partially closed and traffic diverted onto surrounding roadways. Please avoid the area.
Additionally, a black male, 5'11, clean shaven, short hair (no further description) was seen running from the area on Village Rd W in the northbound direction. Please advise WWPD @ 609-799-1222 if you see any suspicious males matching that limited description in the area.
