Motorcycle Driver Leads Deputies in Pursuit and is Involved in a Traffic Collision

SUSPECT(S): Kyle Kingsmith, 32-years-old, Resident of Bullhead City, Arizona
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On April 23, 2025, at about 3:18 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a motorcycle operated by a male subject, later identified as Kyle Kingsmith.
Kingsmith failed to yield and fled the scene in a reckless manner, committing multiple traffic violations as he traveled through Needles and into Mohave Valley, Arizona. During the pursuit, Kingsmith entered agricultural areas that were inaccessible to patrol vehicles. While navigating the off-road terrain, he was involved in a single-vehicle traffic collision.
Kingsmith was later transported to an area hospital for his injuries. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
