Dear Community Members,
Today, the Cloquet Police Department Tactical Team conducted scenario-based tactics and entry training in our city. This exercise enhanced our officers' skills to ensure community safety.
You may have noticed increased police presence or activity in the 10 block of 2nd Street. This was a controlled training event.
CPD notified neighbors in advance and blocked the road in front of the house used for the training to ensure safety and minimize disruption.
We want to thank our community member for allowing us to use their property for this training. Additionally, we appreciate our Community Service Officer (CSO) Tomczak and a volunteer for their contributions as role players during the exercise.
