Update: Road Closure & Power Outage on Second Ave (Bergh St to Kingsley St and Surrounding Area) 
City Officials are actively working alongside JCP&L and other services to restore power to the affected areas as soon as possible. As of Friday (4/24) morning, JCP&L has an estimated time of restoration of 6:30PM Friday evening.
Due to this ongoing situation, 2nd Avenue is temporarily closed between Bergh Street and Kingsley Street. Additionally, construction at the nearby development site has been halted pending further investigation to ensure everyone’s safety.
