The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to inform the community that construction work began this week at Rose Park Recreation Center (2609 Dumbarton Street, NW). This project includes exterior and interior upgrades to make the facility more accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Public restrooms will remain closed during construction. Additionally, construction vehicles will reserve and occupy spaces along O Street NW. The construction is estimated to conclude in June 2025.
