A protest is planned to take place in the area of 45500 Fremont Blvd. this evening beginning at 6 p.m. The Fremont Police Department is aware of the activity, and there may be police presence. The Police Department asks that community members please not call 911 to report the gathering unless there is an emergency.
Drivers in the vicinity of Warm Springs/South Fremont BART, South Grimmer Blvd., Warm Springs Blvd., and Kato Road (see map) may experience traffic delays. If you have a non-emergency request, other than to report the protest activity, please call 510-790-6800, option 3. Protestors using public property for free speech activities, are afforded the right to exercise their first amendment.
