1. Violation of a Restraining Order/Resisting Arrest (0846) West Oak Street and North Harrison Street, Civic District
The male victim, 61, was sitting in his car when the suspect got in the car, which violated a restraining order. When officers arrived and tried to detain the suspect, she fled on foot and was taken into custody after a brief foot chase. While being detained in the backseat of the patrol vehicle, she started kicking and slamming her head against the seat. Officers placed the suspect in a restraint device to prevent her from injuring herself. ARRESTED: Tannayah McRae, 28, for violating a restraining order and resisting arrest.
2. Robbery (0939) Market Street and San Joaquin Street, Civic District
The male victim, 80, was in the area when the suspect took the victim's property and walked away. When the victim tried to follow the suspect, she hit the victim three times with an object before walking away. SUSPECT: Black female in her twenties.
