1. Resisting Arrest (0953) 700 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the contact, officers learned the driver was on active probation. Officers attempted a compliance search, but the suspect refused to cooperate and pulled away. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Altwan Evans, 32, for resisting arrest and a traffic violation.
