* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and southwest Arkansas, including the following areas, in central Arkansas, Conway, Grant, Perry and Saline. In north central Arkansas, Baxter, Southeast Van Buren County and Van Buren County Higher Elevations. In southwest Arkansas, Dallas and Ouachita.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect the area through Thursday. Rainfall amounts from two to four inches are forecast, with locally higher amounts possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
