At 813 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles west of Sistersville to 6 miles southeast of St. Marys to 9 miles south of Spencer. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Spencer, Harrisville, St. Marys, Glenville, Middlebourne, Grantsville, Paden City, Sistersville, Pennsboro, West Union, Arnoldsburg, Cedar Creek State Park, North Bend State Park, Big Otter, Wallback, Amma, Matamoras, Ellenboro, Cairo, and Sand Fork. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 24 and 54. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 28 and 64.
