* Tornado Warning for... Eastern Quay County in east central New Mexico...

* Until 730 PM MDT.

* At 700 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 10 miles east of San Jon, or 33 miles east of Tucumcari, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of Eastern Quay County.

* AFFECTED AREAS: QUAY, NM
