On Thursday, May 1 at approximately 6pm, Swat was attempting to serve a felony warrant on Fabian Carrasco, age 29. They received information he was at a residence in the 7900 Block of Taos. Fabian refused to exit the home and the APD Critical Incident Response Team was activated. Negotiators and Swat attempted callouts and at approximately 8pm he exited the home. He was taken into custody without incident. He was booked into the Randall county jail for Possession of CS 1/1B 4-200. This incident is still under investigation.
