In support of the TD Five Boro Bike Tour, there will be multiple rolling street closures citywide on Sunday, 5/4, from 7AM until 6PM. The bike tour will start at 7:30 AM from Church Street and Franklin Street in Manhattan and end at St. George Terminal in Staten Island. Various signs will be posted around the city to alert motorists of traffic diversions.
