Officers conducted a proactive enforcement stop for a traffic violation in the listed area. Officers searched the vehicle and found a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Anthony Jaramillo, 26, for weapon charges.
2. Battery/Resisting Arrest (2112) 2800 Block of Baltimore Place, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the listed location on a report of a family disturbance involving a combative suspect. Upon arrival, officers attempted to detain the suspect, and force was required to take him into custody. The suspect continued to be combative, kicked an officer, and was placed in a restraint device to keep him from injuring himself and others. ARRESTED: Alberto Guzman, 20, for domestic violence, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest charges.
