* WHEN...From this evening through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall of 1 to 2 inches are likely to impact the watch area tonight into Tuesday morning.
