Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Lancaster Station is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juvenile, Joel Raymond Villaraos. Joel was last seen on May 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., on the 44900 block of Division Street, in the city of Lancaster.
Joel is described as a 14-year-old male Hispanic, 5’04”, 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and navy pants.
His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help in locating him.
