We are nearing the completion of our Safety Action Plan! This survey includes all the information gathered through the crash and collision data collected, Online Comments Map, Open House, Pop-Up Events, Stakeholder meetings, and work done by the Safety and Steering Committee to identify the areas of concern within the City of Ely’s transportation system. This process created the High Injury Network (HIN) map and then identified the intersections and segments of the HIN that were of most concern and continually brought up throughout the planning process.

The goal of this survey is to have residents rank these intersections and segments of roadway to determine what the City of Ely should prioritize first when implementing countermeasures, solutions, and changes to the transportation system. Please take 1 – 2 minutes to fill out this survey and assist in completing the Ely, IA Safety Action Plan.
