To serve our Water customers better and continue our elected officials' hard work in moving Merriam Woods forward; our Water Department is upgrading and implementing new water software.

This new software promises advantages over the previous version. We hope the accessibility and functionality meet the high expectations that we presume to see; and the residents of Merriam Woods deserve.

As with any new software implementation, one should expect 'downtime'. As such, the provider for the software instructs the city to stop taking payments at 4pm today, May 5, 2025; and if things go smoothly as hoped, we can resume taking water payments and sign up new services if applicable; after 12:00pm Noon - tomorrow, May 6, 2025.

Do not hesitate to contact city hall with any updates on the status of the software implementation. As for questions you may have on the software update, we ask for your patience. We will relay all applicable information to bring more convenience to you as soon as this important update is finalized.
