Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. seeks the public’s help in locating Khloe Younger, 13, of Newark, who was reported missing on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Khloe, a frequent runaway, went missing from the 300 block of 6th Avenue West, in Newark. She is described as 5’3” tall and 145 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. Her physical and mental condition are reportedly good.
Detectives investigating this incident report that Khloe may be in the area of Clinton Avenue and Seymour Avenue.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Khloe Younger to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
