* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Crockett.
* WHEN...Until 230 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1230 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms 25 miles miles southwest of Ozona...moving northeast. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
