* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Some roads may be closed. Significant travel delays are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall is expected through this evening. The weight of the snow on leafed out trees may cause them to break. Power outages are possible.
