Activity for May 5, 2025:
- Officer Tenney responded to the 900 block of Bennett Street for a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle had been reported stolen earlier in the morning. The vehicle was impounded for evidence processing.
- Officer Hogan was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 1500 block of Chapin Street. A 35-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
- Officer Tenney responded to the 1700 block of Plymouth Street for a disorderly subject. A 34-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Officer Tenney was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 600 block of First Street. A 51-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Bean responded to the 700 block of Elmwood Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. Cadet Robinson located the vehicle parked near Union Street and Woodbridge Street.
- Officer Bean was dispatched to the 200 block of North East Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 30-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Brooker made contact with a subject at West Louis Glick Highway and Homecrest Road. A 47-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers responded to West North Street and Bush Street for a weapons complaint.
- Officer Panther was dispatched to the 200 block of Cooper Street for a shoplifting report. Retail fraud charges will be sought on a 43-year-old male.
- Officer Mills located a stolen vehicle near First Street and West South Street. The vehicle was returned to the registered owner.
- Officer Panther made contact with a subject at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and East Biddle Street. A 33-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West Washington Avenue for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.
