Officers conducted an enforcement stop in the listed area for traffic violations. The vehicle failed to yield, leading officers on a short pursuit. The driver pulled over and was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Jairo Orosco, 22, for evading.
2. Homicide (0011) 2000 Block of Sikh Temple Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to the area of the call location on a report of a person shot. Officers located the male victim, 50, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives responded and assumed the investigation.
