Frontier customers are reporting issues dialing 911 from landline phones. Cell calls to 911 are working. 
Frontier customers using landline phones in McDowell County may have trouble connecting with 911. Please know 911 calls from all other carriers are working at this time. Frontier is working to correct the issue. If possible, use a cellular device to call 911 to report all emergencies where cellular service permits. For landline customers with no cellular service, dial 828-652-4000 for emergency assistance.
