Teams can get ready by warming up in the area south of field one and two .
Opposing teams must be ready to play immediately after games are completed. No lingering.
The ball can be snapped as soon as the siren goes off to start the game.

Games 10 minute halves… bring water hydrate throughout the game.
10 minute second half, no halftime.
 
Coaches officiate their games. 4 second violations called by the coach after the play is complete. If interception takes place after four seconds, it will be lots of down and remain with the offence.
